Jesus truly sees this nameless woman through a crowd of people. This woman, who, because of her condition, has most likely become an outcast from society. This woman, who, by all observations, has no one else to advocate for her. This woman, who, I’m sure, has spent countless hours questioning her pain and mourning the life she could have had. This woman Jesus sees and calls “daughter”.
