As of October 1, 2013, there is a new check request form for North Park Covenant Church. This should be used for reimbursement requests for approved expenses. Please see the form that is located in the DOCUMENTS section under Member Resources of the NP Covenant website. Remember: (1) attach receipts to the request and submit to the office. (2) use the NPCC tax exempt letter as often as possible as we are often able to avoid sales tax payments. (3) Be sure to have the APPROVER sign your form BEFORE you submit to the office. This is very important in order to be sure that the appropriate people are aware of the expenses. As always, if you have any questions, feel free to email the Treasurer.
